Role & Responsibilities
As a Customer Support Executive for Blinkit, you’ll be responsible for:
- Handling queries and concerns from delivery partners over the phone.
- Resolving issues related to order delivery and partner support.
- Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and accurate communication.

- Excellent spoken communication in Hindi and basic English.
