What Will You Do as an Associate Content Analyst?
As an Associate Content Analyst, you will:
- Curate and correct researcher profiles using internal tools
- Validate authorship data across journals, affiliations, and publication histories
- Clean and enhance metadata (e.g., titles, journal names, editor details)
- Use SQL queries to extract and analyze bibliographic data
- Participate in AI-human collaboration by reviewing machine-suggested author matches
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues related to research profiles
- Work with internal dashboards to remove duplicate or incomplete data
- Ensure high-quality content aligned with editorial standards
About the Team
You’ll be part of a dedicated Content Operations and Curation team that plays a vital role in ensuring data accuracy, completeness, and usability for global academic and research communities. The team collaborates with publishing platforms and editorial workflows to support Clarivate’s mission to accelerate innovation.
