Work Hours: 8:00 PM – 4:30 AM IST (Aligns with 9:30 AM – 6:00 PM CST, U.S.)

Key Responsibilities
- Support financial advisors with client servicing, including preparing basic financial plans and processing transactions (money movement, account opening, etc.)
- Schedule, prepare, and follow up on client meetings (agendas, summaries, documentation)
- Process new business paperwork and insurance/annuity applications
- Assist in organizing marketing events and compliance documentation
- Perform general administrative tasks: expense reports, client communication, and file management
- Support social media activity for financial advisors (Facebook & LinkedIn)
- Help clients with digital tool access and troubleshooting
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance or related discipline
- 0–1 year of experience (or 1-year finance diploma preferred)
- Willingness to pursue licenses such as Series 7, State Securities, State Insurance
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Basic knowledge of mutual funds, insurance, retirement products is a plus
- High attention to detail with accuracy in documentation
- Ability to meet tight deadlines and service level agreements (SLAs)
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience interacting with U.S. advisors or clients
- Exposure to financial services or operations support in the U.S. financial market
