Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain Kubernetes clusters across on-premise and cloud environments (OpenShift, EKS, AKS, and GKE).

- Build and optimize observability pipelines using Prometheus, Grafana, and OpenTelemetry.
- Troubleshoot production issues, ensuring minimal downtime and maximum system performance.
- Implement SRE principles including SLIs (Service Level Indicators) and SLOs (Service Level Objectives) to enhance reliability.
- Automate infrastructure and operations using Python, Golang, or Node.js with Terraform or Pulumi.
- Keep pace with emerging technologies such as AI, MLOps, and Edge Computing.
- Contribute to company knowledge through documentation, writing, and technical discussions.
